Aromia Parfum is a competing fragrance house and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any designer brand or their subsidiaries.

Names, trademarks, and copyrights are properties of their respective manufacturers and/or designers.
Our fragrances are inspirations and are intended to give the customer an idea of the scent character, not to mislead or confuse the customer or infringe on the manufacturer's/designer's name and valuable trademark.
Any references to brand names are made strictly for comparison purposes.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Nature of Products: Our products are alcohol-based perfumes (Extrait de Parfum).
Health Disclaimer: Our products are for external use only. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. We recommend performing a "patch test" on a small area of skin before full application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Appearance: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Because we ship from Mexico to the United States:

Customs Duties: The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Taxes: You are responsible for any potential import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applied by US Customs. Aromia is not responsible for these fees.
